These sticks are one of my favorite pair of drumsticks. I have tested a lot of sticks through the years and find these great for hard-hitters. Theyre not so great for jazz or softer music, because the weight of the sticks and the nylon tip create a louder sound, especially on the cymbals. I find them to have the perfect length and weight. They last long and have a great sound!
