2hp Hat Black is a drum module for modular synthesizers in Eurorack format. The module generates hi-hat sounds between metallic and robotic. The focus is on three unique sound sources consisting of six oscillators, a noise generator and a series of filters. Sizzle influences each source independently by adjusting oscillator and filter frequencies, allowing for a wide range of sounds. Separate trigger inputs for open and closed also enable a complete hi-hat pattern on a single module. Whatever the situation, Hat offers shimmering metallic tones for any percussive purpose.
