An optical compressor that employs impressive studio grade technology, The Warden is a true bypass guitar effect pedal, handmade in the USA. Unlike many guitar compressors The Warden features sophisticated circuitry and studio-style parameters such as Attack/Release/Ratio and Sustain to tailor your compression envelope exactly as you need it. The Warden can be used subtlely to tame spikey transients or driven at full steam to crush a signal into submission. Employ the Tone control to emphasize the deliberate colouring of this pedals effect – cut the treble anti-clockwise, boost it clockwise. The final output of the device is set using the Level knob, itself being influenced by the setup of the Sustain and Ratio controls.
