The Fredenstein VAS Mic Pre Vintage Analog Sound is a high quality analog microphone preamplifier in a closed housing. It owes its unique vintage sound to the use of a fully discrete operational amplifier OPA2 and the high quality American output transformer. The power supply is integrated in the housing and can handle all mains voltages (90Vac- 240Vac,50Hz - 60Hz). Convenient switchable features,such as phase reverse ,-20dB pad, input impedance, low cut, headphone amplifier and 48V phantom power, increase the flexibility of the unit. All switches are illuminated and in conjunction with the LED output level meter, the operating status is very easy to read. The instrument input with high input impedance is suitable for direct recording of guitars and other instruments.
