Electro-acoustic 12-string guitar in roundback format with Deep-Contour body
The Ovation 2058TX-5-G 12 String convinces with its unique matte black textured design and its powerful yet defined sound. Therefore, the 12-string acoustic guitar is ideal for use on stage and for vocal accompaniment. With the help of the in-house pickup system, the acoustic sound can also be reproduced naturally and unaltered via an amplifier. At the same time the flat neck offers perfect playability in all frets.
Construction and woods
The construction consists of a solid Sitka spruce top and a Lyrachord body with deep contour arching. In combination with a flat Scalloped-X-Bracing this allows an almost attack of the single notes and optimally emphasizes the chorus effect of the double stringing. The extra flat maple neck is equipped with a wenge fingerboard with 22 frets.
Hardware and Design
Thanks to its precisely matched Hardware the Gitarre intones very precisely over the entire 643 mm scale length. In addition, the black die-cast tuners make it easier to tune the 12 steel strings and give the instrument a noble touch. Another highlight, besides the extraordinary Finish are the multi sound holes.
