While large resonance chambers in the mahogany body provide airy resonance and lively dynamics, the glued mahogany neck offers comfortable playing characteristics for the traditional playing techniques of Blues and rock thanks to its "Pattern Regular" profile. With a PRS S2 Type-D single-coil on the neck and a PRS Designed DS-01 humbucker on the bridge, the PRS S2 Vela Semi-Hollow delivers a wide range of tones from crystal-clear cleans to "dirty" Overdrive with a charming vintage attitude.
