The California Nighthawk Plus TM4 Dark Grey Satin Bass is powered by Sandberg Black Label Series pickups, a single-coil in the middle position and a humbucker on the bridge. With them, this 4-string electric bass delivers versatile rock sounds ranging from gnarled, aggressive mid-growl with the high assertiveness of the humbucker to the deep, yet transparent bass foundation of the single coil. The humbucker can also be split via the split switch for authentic single-coil sounds, whereas the musically tuned 2-band EQ allows precise adjustments of the tone.
