The active Equalizer - Pedal offers the possibility to reduce unwanted bass and treble or to give dull-sounding amps a little more treble gloss, while the semi-parametric mid-range controls in the range from 238Hz to 5kHz can be used as Booster or as dampers. Last but not least, the volume control of the Wampler EQuator has a certain extra portion of output to heat up the input stage of the amplifier.
