The 4 additional tones are not absolutely necessary, as the DP 2000 also offers sufficient variety with its 16 tones.
A beautiful digital piano with the latest technology. This can be recognised by the fact that it is equipped with a high-performance processor with a 128-fold polyphony. matching high-quality is, of course, also the piano sound. The DP 2000 digital piano plays perfectly via the velocity-sensitive hammer action. Once you have learned on this piano, you can sit down at any traditional piano and play in the same way. You play on a weighted keyboard, ie You can feel how the hammer head strikes a string when you press a key and make it sound (only simulated, of course). If you strike the key gently, the hammerhead is hit lightly against the side and sounds soft and quiet. If, on the other hand, you hit the key faster and harder, the sound will be louder and more brilliant. Just like a "real" piano.
But why does the piano sound so realistic on the DP-3000?
Because even the affordable DP-3000 is equipped with a new high-performance processor that stores a large number of high-resolution piano tones. When you strike a key, the sound is retrieved from the memory and converted into audible tones via the built-in loudspeaker or headphones.
Triple pedal like an acoustic piano
And what are the pedals used for?
The right pedal is the most important and is used the most. When you press it, the sound is "held" ... i.e. the sound continues... and then slowly fades out, just like on a real piano. If you did not use the right pedal, your playing would sound very "dry". That's why you will learn to use the pedal in the first few lessons, so that you get a nice round overall sound. We will explain the function of the other two pedals later!
Simple and clear operation
Would you like more surround sound?
Who has a piano in a concert hall? But if you want the sound of a large hall, the DP 3000 offers a function that artificially creates a large room. A great effect.
