The new Planet Waves Varigrip was developed to train your fingers and entire hand to train and increase strength and endurance.

The ergonomic design oft he Varigrip is adjustable resistance, allows for personalized training of individual fingers, over the hand and wrist right through to the whole forearm.

The resistance for each individual finger is adjusted by continuous knurled nuts. This way, you can personalize the training steps and stages, with out having to use a different device.
