Doepfer A-142-3 Envelope/LFO Controlled VCA

Single VCA with integrated modulator

The A-142-3 Envelope/LFO Controlled VCA from Doepfer is a combination module that combines envelope/LFO and VCA in a narrow 4 HP. The module cuts a fine figure as the backend (last module) in Patch and is ideal for processing individual signals such as threading a sub-oscillator. The integrated modulator works either as an attack/release or attack/decay envelope or as an LFO with variable waveform. As long as no signal is present at the CV-In socket (e.g. Velocity from a sequencer), the VCA is controlled by the modulator. The intensity can be controlled via LEVEL. The modulator has its own CV output and can therefore be used for modulation outside the A-142-3.
