The Dreadbox Utopia BL is an analog tool for editing, mixing and generating audio signals and control voltages. The upper part of the module is primarily a quadruple attenuator, channel 3 functions as an offset generator with an adjustment range of +/- 10 volts when no signal is applied. Channel 4 is connected to the internal LFO, which is output via output 4. The four outputs of the attenuators are normalized to the four inputs of the mixer; these connections can be disconnected by plugging in a cable, allowing the mixer to work independently. The mixer also has three parallel outputs, making it a practical signal distributor. One of the outputs is normalized to the "Pulserizer", which acts as a distortion and forms a square wave from each signal. The LFO has a CV input to control the speed and covers a time range from 30 seconds to 440 Hertz.
