The EMG SJ Black represents the short version (short housing) of the classic EMG J single coil pickup intended for the middle or neck position. Due to the special design with ceramic magnet and blade pole piece, active bass pickup delivers a clear and powerful bass sound with a pronounced overtone spectrum and balanced representation of each string.
