FabFilter now goes into the third round with the Volcano software plug-in and once again offers innovations and improvements that make your workflow even more efficient. Besides the well-known, extensive and popular possibilities to use filters for your music, you get additional features for your everyday studio life: On board is a new Vintage EQ type, a high quality option with maximum oversampling for optimal results, level/pan per filter for parallel filter routings, a new slope option as well as drive settings per filter, and versatile sound shaping.

Improvements include quality-of-life features such as different interface sizes, the general and simplified user interface, a large interactive filter display with optional piano display and more.

The way to the desired result has never been easier: With all XLFOs, envelope generators / envelopes and MIDI sources Volcano 3 offers endless modulation possibilities. And all this simply via drag & drop.

Which filter would you like?

Volcano 3 offers four analog-sounding filters with flexible routing, each of which offers many different shapes including non-linear Bell and Shelf filters. Various filter styles offer saturation and self-oscillation at high peak settings, just like classic old filters.
