Professional Fame Handpan in Spiral Design with 432 Hz
The FameHandpan One 432 Hz D-Minor Spiral Design is a handmade steel handpan in D-minortuning. It features nine notes in the 432 Hz frequency and produces a balanced and powerful tone. Unlike the 440 Hz models, the Finish of the 432 Hz handpan has a matte finish with a spiral design. This makes the Fame Handpan especially suitable for fast and percussive playing as its sustain (resonance) is somewhat more moderate. The handpan is played with the fingers by striking the differently tuned playing surfaces. The diameter is 22" (54 cm), so it can be played comfortably on the lap, also a convenient tripod stand is included. The D minor tuning of the Handpan One comes with the following notes: D/A/B'/C/D/E/F/G/A. The meditative, soothing tone can be used for therapy purposes as well as for meditation or during sound therapy. A padded backpack bag for the Fame Handpan is included.
Detailed quality check by our Handpan expert
Like all Fame Handpans, each Handpan One is checked for workmanship and sound quality prior to delivery and finally given our seal of quality. Since these are instruments with a high percentage of handwork, slight color deviations compared to the product image are possible.

Handpans are steelsound structures made by hand. The clear, flowing sound with a calming effect is becoming more and more popular. A special feature is that the tones harmonize with each other completely. It does not matter which tones are played simultaneously, the sound is always harmonious. Therefore, the Fame Handpan One 432 Hz D-Minor Spiral Design is particularly well suited for beginners, because after a few minutes of playing, learning success sets in and you can enjoy the meditative character.
Sound structure with nine tones in 432 Hz
The individual playing surfaces are under compressive stress; they are tuned by hand in 432 Hz. The central keynote of the Handpans is in the middle, around which the chorus of sound fields is arranged in a circle. If the sound fields are now briefly struck by hand, the entire instrument is set in vibration and there is a linear, clear tone with singing sustain. The technique of playing a handpan is comparatively simple to learn: the playing surface is struck briefly with the fingertip, and the faster the hand is then pulled away, the more beautiful the resulting tone.
