The Fame Unruh Phaser is just the right pedal for creating spherical sweep sounds in the style of Jimi Hendrix and Eddie Van Halen. This effect pedal in a compact enclosure is controlled by three controls for Rate, Depth and Regeneration, which control the depth, speed and feedback portion of the Phaser effect. As a professional guitar player and effect pedals builder, I would say, it is a very well made pedal! It is all analog, like the real phaser supposed to be. The thing that could be fix is the location of the internal trim pot(provides phaser calibration). The access is possible only if the pedal is disassembled. By tweaking the trim pot I set up the sound I was looking for. It is a very good pedal, considering the ridiculously low price!
