The modified circuit of the three-channel preamp convinces with a more defined and clearer output of distorted sounds. The tried-and-tested 3-band tone control, which is shared by all channels, in conjunction with the presence control, allows precise tuning of the timbre. The integrated reverb effect of the Fender Hot Rod Deluxe IV has also been revised and its smooth sound development always remains clear and defined, even at high settings. The 40 watts of output power from two 6L6 tubes also promise sufficient volume reserves for almost any stage, while a Celestion A-Type speaker supports the character of the amplifier with its full sound.
