The Gibson 1959 ES-335 in a vintage natural finish in the style of the late fifties delivers a traditional vintage look and the unmistakable feel of the classic. The Semihollow Urgestein from Memphis relies on the sound of two '57 Classic Humbucker and the true to original measurements from the neck profile to the legendary "Mickey Mouse Ears". Finally, the modern PLEK treatment provides an ideal dressing of frets and saddle.
For historical correctness and the well-known playing feeling of the originals, the body shaping of the ES models of 1959 was precisely measured and authentically implemented, from the ceiling carving to the wide body horns. The striking neck profile of the former semi-hollow was also noticeably incorporated into the planning. Thanks to the PLEK treatment, the 1959 ES-335 comes out of the case perfectly prepared and ready to play.
Whoever puts the Gibson 1959 ES-335 into the tube amplifier of his choice will be rewarded with the coveted P.A.F. sound of two '57 Classic Humbuckers.
