The Gibson ES-335 Traditional 2018 Antique Faded Cherry is a 6-string electric guitar featuring a maple/poplar/maple body and maple neck, a rosewood fingerboard and an antique faded cherry finish. This new ES-335 Traditional for 2018 has been carefully crafted with a set of classic F hole appearance, offering resonance and acoustic projection.

Built with a lightweight three-ply figured maple/poplar/maple hollow body, this ES-335 Traditional features a rounded-"C" quater-sawn mahogany neck and a rosewood fingerboard for fluid hand flexibility, a comfortable fit and a warm tone with a natural feel. An authentic bone nut provides an enhanced tone and sustain, improving the vibration transfer between the string and tuning machines without dampening the tone.

Equipped with two hand-wired MHS humbucker pickups, the ES-335 Traditional delivers a vintage-style tone with an airy and biting response, featuring unbalanced coils and Alnico II magnets with an underwound design. The MHS pickups are ideal for a variety of styles, offering a detailed and articulate response. An ABR-1 bridge offers incredible string stability and a truly comfortable performance, holding onto the string tension whilst maximising the transfer of vibrations for an enhanced sustain and vintage tone.
