The Gibson ES-Les Paul EB Electric Guitar Ebony Custom Shop is the result of blending all of the best aspects of an ES-335 and a Les Paul. Although this guitar has been on the market for a number of years, the updated features new for 2016 add further subtle enhancements to the construction of this instrument including a new Adirondack Spruce bracing and the time tested ABER-1 bridge known for its tuning stability and pin-point intonation accuracy. The ES-Les Paul has already proved itself a modern classic and the 2016 Semi-meets-solid construction model from Gibson Memphis is set to be better than ever.

The ES-Les Paul also features a high standard of playability thanks to a smooth traditional ‘C’ profiled mahogany neck loaded with a Rosewood fingerboard and 22 frets. The body is comprised of a three-ply composition made of plywood used for structural integrity sandwiched between Maple known for its bright tonal properties. This is further enhanced and amplified via the included MHS humbuckers providing a hugely rich vintage character with considerable warmth capable of accommodating the bottom end resonance of a hollow body instrument.
