I fitted these on a MIM Fender Strat with no problems. I love the vintage construction and the fact that you can tuck the top of the string neatly into the tuning head to avoid sharp, messy wire poking out the top. Would recommend this product for anyone who wants vintage looks with a modern construction on functionality.
Bought for replacing old vintage style tuners on a 40 year old Tokai. These were a direct drop in fit. As usual Japanese quality is second to non. The price is cheap considering this. I was also surprised to find they came with a tool for removing your old ferrules which worked a treat and helps eliminate the chance of damage to the front of your headstock. They come also with ferrules and quality screws. After installation I noticed all the buttons turned smoothly and equal to each other. Buy with confidence I believe Gotoh also make these with other brand names but I always go for Gotoh they never let me down.
