Gretsch Broadkaster Shell-Set Black Satin Flame

Three-piece Gretsch Broadkaster set with handmade hybrid shells

The Gretsch Broadkaster Shell Set Black Satin Flame is a three-piece drum set with three-layer hybrid shells made of maple and poplar. The laminated drum shells are handmade in the USA. A special internal scarf joint gives the maple/poplar/maple shell additional structural integrity. The Silver Sealer Interior is applied on the inside, the silver lacquer layer seals the shell and makes the tone more linear. The double-flanged 302 hoops made of 3.0 mm steel focus the warm and resonant tone, the typical 30° bearing edge provides an excellent head contact area and tuning stable vintage sound for professionals. Remo Ambassador/Powerstroke 3 Coated heads are factory mounted.
