The classic hollowbody design made of maple laminate with reworked trestle Bracing creates classic archtop character with reduced feedback susceptibility, and the two Gretsch FT-5E Filter'Tron pickups in neck and bridge position can elicit powerful rock sounds. Both pickups are controlled in Filter'Tron style via a common Master Volume knob and two separate Volume knobs, while the Master Tone knob is available for treble damping.
