The Gretsch G6119T-ET Players Edition Tennessee Rose Electrotone Bigsby Dark Cherry Stain embodies the early era of rock 'n' roll. For this, the Japanese-made 16" archtop hollow-body combines classic Electrotone construction features with high-quality premium parts from Gotoh and Bigsby. The maple laminate body relies on custom 'ML' bracing, which synchronizes the resonance between the back and top for the most powerful tone possible. Combined with two Gretsch FT-67 Filter'Tron humbuckers in neck and bridge positions, the result is a versatile tone with a warm acoustic timbre and untamed vintage character, while the use of Gretsch 'Squeezebox' paper-in-oil capacitors and a Treble bleed Circuit give absolute control over the treble content in the signal.
