For the construction of the Gretsch G6136-CS '55 White Falcon , Stephen Stern and the Custom Shop team are using the traditional Gretsch Hollow Body construction method. Accordingly, the mighty body is made of laminated maple, whereby the " Parallel tone bar" bracing guarantees unhindered sound development for a warm and lively sound image. Glued in according to the classic method, the '55 Gretsch White Falcon maple neck with the "Stock C" profile offers optimum playability over the entire ebony fingerboard.
