The guitarist/keyboardist and singer was inducted into the Rock N Roll Hall or Fame and is honored by Gretsch with a beautiful hollow-body model. The G6618-MG Martin Gore has a beautiful Two-Tone Smoke Green finish and thanks to two TV Jones TV-HT pickups, the instrument delivers a saturated sound with a unique tonal character. In addition, the back and sides are made of maple laminate, while the top is made of curved maple laminate. The maple set-neck neck has an ebony fingerboard with 22 frets and a 12" fingerboard radius, which ensures extremely comfortable handling for precise Chords or licks. On top of that, the G6618-MG comes with classic f-holes and carries a center block inside, while the included deluxe hardshell case ensures safe transport!

The Gretsch G6618-MG Martin Gore is equipped with two TV Jones TV-HT pickups in the neck and bridge position, delivering a saturated sound. Whether it's shallow cleans or warm Overdrive - the pickups deliver a broad sound image that precisely reproduces crystal-clear highs and articulate mids, while the hollow-body construction enables a massive low-end. The pickup can be controlled via a 3-way switch, while a second Tone 3-way switch is responsible for the tone. In addition, the volume of the pickups can be controlled individually with two separate volume controls, while a master volume control is available for the overall volume.

Robust hardware
The combination of the TonePros TP6R bridge and the Gretsch G-Cutout tailpiece enables a robust string action, while the Kluson Deluxetuners guarantee reliable tuning and allow precise tuning. The chorm-style switch tips also blend in with the design of the G6618-MG Martin Gore. Furthermore, the instrument is fitted with .011 - .049 factory strings and has Gretsch knurled retainer strap buttons, which guarantee a stable hold.
