The 6-ply maple/gum shell combines warmth, projection and an exceptionally wide dynamic range, from sensitive ghost notes to powerful rimshots. The classic 30° burr supports the fast attack and ensures balanced sustain.

Silver Sealer on the inside

Inside, the characteristic Silver Sealer seals the shell and contributes significantly to the focused, controlled sound. 4 mm die-cast hoops provide additional precision and rimshot power, while the Lightning lift-off allows for reliable, sensitive tuning. The instrument is rounded off with high-quality Remo or Permatone heads and the elegant satin Natural finish with hand-rubbed nitrocellulose lacquer.
