Ibanez Artcore AS7312-MTB (Mint Blue) 12-String Semi-Hollow Electric Guitar
The Ibanez Artcore AS7312-MTB (Mint Blue) is a semi-hollow 12-string electric instrument taken from the Artcore range, with classic looks and eye-catching colours. This guitar is made up of a Linden body with a Linden back and sides, and a Nyatoh neck in the classic AS Artcore profile. The pick-ups are 2x Classic Elite humbuckers, whose flexible sound character is well suited for clearly articulated genres as well as for steaming hard rock. The Artcore AS7312-MTB (Mint Blue) features the ART-12 and Tailpiece combination from the series for maximum resonance and a tight sound, whilst classic die-cast mechanisms in a Chrome finish adorn the headstock.

I don't have a lot of experience of 12 string guitars and certainly never owned one before. However, I love the sound on iconic tracks/bands so fancied filling this hole in my guitar collection. After a bit of research the Ibanez seemed to fit the bill so I took the plunge. DV247 Music Store had the guitar in stock and it arrived about a week after ordering as had to come from Germany (post brexit customs delays), well packed and set-up right out of the box - even almost in tune - Well done to the techs in the store. The guitar plays wonderfully, a great feeling neck - much slimmer than I was expecting, and great all round sounds. I would recommend to anyone new to 12 strings...and great value at the price point.
