DiMarzio pickups and features
Three DiMarzio pickups in HSH configuration provide the PGM50-BK Paul Gilbert with a varied sound transformation on the amplifier. The zebra-capped pickups are convincing in combination, via the coil split function or simply individually and can be controlled via a 5-way circuit and a practical Master volume control. The color-matchedheadstock features 6-in-line Gotoh clamp tuners for easy tuning and quick string changes. Furthermore, an Ibanez F106 hardtail bridge ensures the ideal string action.
Ibanez RG construction
The lime body of the PGM50-BK Paul Gilbert delivers a natural tonal quality, while the 5-strip maple and walnut neck provides a particularly powerful Attack. The classic 4-way bolt-on neck with neckplate and the custom PGM neck profile provides comfortable playing conditions. A 22-fret Palisadner fingerboard also offers plenty of scope for riffs and licks.
