Alongside its classic RG-style mahogany body, Ibanez employs a five-piece maple/wenge neck with the ultra-fast “Super Wizard HP” profile, designed to meet the needs of highly technical players. Two Fishman Fluence Modern Ceramic pickups with dual voicings deliver a broad palette of metal tones with precise definition at the amp. As a true shred machine, the Prestige RG5120M-PRT is also equipped with the proven Lo-Pro Edge double-locking tremolo and high-quality Gotoh tuners.
Beneath the striking Polar Lights finish, which shifts in color depending on the angle of light, the RG5120M-PRT features the classic RG construction known for its exceptional playability and tonal performance. The sleek African mahogany body offers excellent balance and comfort, while generous cutaways and the All Access Neck Joint ensure unrestricted access to the upper frets. The flat, fast “Super Wizard HP” neck profile further enhances playability, allowing riffs and solos to flow effortlessly across the 24-fret birdseye maple fingerboard. Fluorescent Luminlay side dots provide clear visibility of fret positions, even on dimly lit stages.
Equipped with two Fishman Fluence Modern Ceramic humbuckers, the Prestige RG5120M delivers a wide spectrum of contemporary metal sounds, maintaining tight articulation and clarity even in low tunings. Voicing 1 offers the powerful, focused character typical of high-end active pickups, while Voicing 2 delivers a more organic response with the dynamics of passive designs. Pickup selection is handled via a 3-way switch, complemented by master Volume and Tone controls.
Ibanez completes the RG5120M-PRT with premium hardware built for reliability under demanding conditions. The smooth-operating Lo-Pro Edge double-locking tremolo ensures excellent tuning stability, even during aggressive dive bombs and expressive pitch work. On the headstock, precision Gotoh tuners provide accurate and dependable tuning performance.

Apart from the fact that it is the best looking guitar I have ever seen, the build quality, feel, sound and hardware are second to none. The neck is comfortable and fast to play and the Fishman pick ups are as good as all the reviews. My local Luther even commented what an amazing guitar this is and he play a strat!

Hier gehen mal dicke Props an den Craftsman raus und an die Jungs von Evertune.Ich war ja echt skeptisch, aber ...das echt n Hammer.
Und dann bauen die einfach einen Hammer in ne Axt.Was soll man da noch sagen ?
Meine persönliche ! Bemerkung ! ( Nur eine reine Bemerkung ) wäre, dass für mein Empfinden das Evertune System etwas Sustain "schluckt", was sich aber kompensieren lässt, und dass das exzellente 47er Mahagoni Brett mit allem drum und dran 4,2 kg auf die Schulter wirft.
