It is made qualitatively. The microphone stand has good weight, keeps steadily stands. Height suffices. It is possible to regulate both height and an inclination. The shortcoming poorly holds incline with heavy microphones.
As a studio professional I only buy K&M mic stands since they are and always have been the best manufacturers. I needed an extra stand and was surprised by this one, black, lightweight and at a super price. It is a professionally designed and made stand and has the trademark K&M quality all over it. I'm totally happy with it and it will last me years. Five stars no question :)
