The all-solid Grand Concert construction forms the basis for the expressive sound of this acoustic guitar. A top made from European spruce ensures a quick response, high transparency and brilliant trebles, whilst the back and sides made from sapele lend the sound warmth, balanced mids and a pleasant fullness. The harmonious interplay of these tried-and-tested tonewoods enables a versatile tonal range that confidently supports everything from delicate fingerstyle playing to powerful strumming and vocal accompaniment.

L. R. Baggs Anthem Pickup

With the L. R. Baggs Anthem, the guitar is perfectly equipped for professional live performances and studio recordings. The system combines the tried-and-tested TRU•MIC technology with a single-element piezo pickup, ensuring exceptionally detailed sound reproduction. Even the subtlest nuances of playing are captured precisely, whilst the high resistance to feedback ensures reliable performance even at higher volumes. The controls, discreetly integrated into the soundhole, allow for convenient adjustment of volume and tone.

Playability & Design

The compact Grand Concert body shape offers a comfortable playing position and impresses with its ergonomic design. A Cedro neck with a comfortably shaped C-profile and a nut width of 45 mm ensures a relaxed playing experience and is ideal for precise fingerpicking. The high-quality ebony fingerboard allows for smooth position changes, whilst the generous cutaway offers unrestricted access to the higher frets. Visually, too, the guitar makes a stylish statement.
