The DJR-10E acoustic bass comes fitted with special shortscale Martin strings and is supplied with a Martin soft gig bag.
Tonewoods and construction
Quality tonewoods on the Martin dreadnought acoustic bass deliver warm, pronounced lows. The top is crafted from resilient spruce, while the back and sides of sapele add tonal support in the mids. The DJR-10E bass offers excellent playability across 20 frets with a comfortable 'D'-shaped junior profile neck and a Richlite fingerboard.
Pickups and Features
Despite its short scale, the DJR-10E acoustic-electric bass produces full tonality and strong volume that can be amplified through the Fishman Sonitone BT-1 pickup. Additionally, Gotoh bass machine heads provide stable tuning for the shortscale strings.
