The Meinl AEBLLB Artisan Edition Cajon Bulería Line with Lava Burl Font Plate is a Cajon that is handmade in Spain. The special thing about the Artisan Cajons of the Meinl Bulería Line is that two groups of five tunable and five hand-wound guitar strings each are stretched over the inside of the striking surface, creating the crisp snare effect. Rounded corners and thumb notches on the top of the front panel improve playing comfort and sound. The 9-layer, 12 mm thick Baltic Birch body gives the sound a full, powerful character that articulates itself clearly. A specially developed bass reflex system inside the Cajon emphasizes the low frequencies while playing. The Meinl Artisan Cajons are handmade in Spain by Cajon master builder José "Pepote" Hernández Diaz.
