The Meinl MOSTD4DG Medium Octave Steel Tongue Drum 10" was developed for relaxed sound work, meditation and intuitive music. Made of high-quality, coated stainless steel, it delivers a soft, thoughtful sound that is reminiscent of a handpan and has a particularly calm and balanced effect thanks to the 432 Hz tuning. Eight precisely tuned sound fields are spread over two octaves and allow melodic playing without any previous musical knowledge. A closable sound hole on the underside allows the sound to be made more compact and focused if required. Thanks to its non-slip feet, included mallets and sturdy carrying bag, the Steel Tongue Drum is ready for immediate use - at home, in the studio or on the road.
