The Meinl WB500ZFA-M Woodcraft Bongos 7" + 9" in Zebra Finished Ash are professional, high-quality bongos in the premium class. Handcrafted from carefully selected American ash and equipped with high-grade cowhide heads and chrome-plated hardware, they meet the highest demands of discerning percussionists. Thanks to the Meinl Free Ride Suspension System, the macho and hembra shells can resonate independently, allowing their sound to fully develop. Instead of a wooden block, the two shells are connected via the lower rims, which also has the added benefit of eliminating the need for drilling holes in the shells. Traditional Tuning Rims (TTR) and 8 mm tuning lugs ensure even and precise tuning of the True Skin cowheads. An L-shaped tuning key and a bottle of Meinl Tune-Up oil are also included.
