Novation FLkey Mini and FLkey 37 First Look

With the FLkey 37, Novation introduces a USB/MIDI master keyboard that has been specially tailored to the interface and handling of FL Studio / Fruity Loops . The FLkey 37 is seamlessly integrated into FL Studio , making it even more convenient to work with the popular DAW. Of course, it can also be used with any other DAW. As long as the FLkey 37 is powered via USB, it also cuts a fine figure as a master keyboard for an external MIDI controller via MIDI-Out connection. The scope of delivery includes a six-month trial version of FL Studio Producer.

The main functions of the FLkey 37:

  • Direct access to mixer controls for volume and pan via eight knobs each.
  • Convenient operation of the step sequencer in FL Studio.
  • The channel rack can be played comfortably via the pads.
  • Directly select the desired key with the scale mode.
  • Trigger FPC and SliceX with the pads thanks to intuitive instrument control.
  • The practical plug-in control allows the immediate modification of Image Line plug-ins.
  • The FLkey 37 simplifies the search for your favorite presets.
  • The custom mode allows an individual assignment of the controls and to adapt them to your own way of working.
