The Novation Launchkey Mini 37 MK4 White at a glance
The Launchkey Mini 37 MK4 White from Novation is a well-equipped USB/DAW & MIDI controller that offers space for an arpeggiator, 16 pads, eight smooth-running knobs and chord mode on its clearly laid out surface. The keyboard has an easy-to-play 37-key mini-keyboard, is sturdily built and is particularly suitable for use in a small home studio and on the road. The 16 velocity-sensitive pads with polyphonic aftertouch are ideal for recording accentuated drums and percussion. The built-in arpeggiator can be used directly via the keyboard with a number of playback patterns. There is also an integrated chord function that allows you to play entire Chords with just one finger. Thanks to the transport function, global DAW functions such as start/stop and recording can be controlled directly from the Launchkey MK4. Novation has placed great emphasis on comprehensive DAW integration with the inclusion of user-defined mapping functions in the MK4. The controller is therefore prepared ex works for Ableton Live, Logic Pro X, Cubase, FL Studio, Reaper and other DAWs. Settings can be made directly on the device.
Connections
In addition to the pedal input for sustain, the MIDI output in TRS format is also located on the rear panel. This can also be used to play other instruments such as eg. rack expanders or desktop synthesisers that do not have their own keyboard. The Arpeggiator can also be activated at this output. The data connection to the computer and power supply is via USB-C.

With the latest update, this device offers NKS support: control over 2000 NKS instruments and effects. It allows you to load, customise and manage presets with physical controls. Help with controller integration can be found on the Native Instruments website.
A voucher code for Native Instruments Komplete 15 Select is also included. After registering the Hardware, one of three available Select variants (Beats - Band - Electronic) can be selected. Customers who already own a compatible device will also receive the voucher for Komplete 15 Select (the Hardware may still need to be registered in order to receive the voucher code).
