Responsible for the Vintage-Sound are three Narrowfield DD "S" pickups, which are characterized by rich mids and assertive highs, making them ideal for playing old-school genres in particular. The solid poplar body is complemented by a bolt-on maple neck with a 22-fret maple fingerboard. Furthermore, the electric guitar has a 25" scale and offers practical and comfortable playability with its wide thin neck profile. The chic Ice Blue metallic finish is complemented by the iconic bird inlays on the fretboard and combines classic design with practical features for a powerful electric guitar.

Narrowfield DD "S" pickups
At the heart of the PRS SE NF3 Maple Ice Blue Metallic are three Narrowfield DD "S" pickups in the neck, middle and bridge positions, designed for low-noise tone reproduction. The pickups have a layout with mixed magnetic and steel pole pieces, while the sound can be described as generally mid and treble-emphasized - ideal for all genres that prefer crystal-clear clean or shallow overdrive sounds. Naturally, stronger gain is handled just as cleanly, making the PRS SE NF3R a strong all-rounder.
Classic hardware
The nickel hardware of the PRS SE NF3 consists of a PRS patented tremolo, which provides secure tuning stability, while the tremolo arm offers fast and secure user comfort. The PRS tuners are lightweight tuners that enable precise tuning, while the electric guitar as a whole guarantees reliable playability, even after extensive use.
Fabulous looking guitar (orange) and those dynamic pick ups deliver, came with a soft gig bag and setup was spot on for me. Weight and balance again suits me. I got a very good deal price for mine also so that’s why I gave it the very high score. Very pleased.
