Remo Bag f. Hand Drums HD-0016-BG, 16"I requested advice regarding product 3 times and got no response. I was then sent the wrong size. I have requested help with the return and asked about the correct order being sent, again despite numerous requests my questions have not been addressed. So i don't know if i am to receive the correct order or be reimbursed but have to pay twice for the postage of £5 which is quite high considering the mistake is with this company. Very disappointed in the service.
