The Rickenbacker 4003S5 Jetglo is a straightforward 5-string bass that combines the typical Rickenbacker sound with the extended tonal range of a low B-string. Here Rickenbacker uses the usual neck-through construction with maple neck and body. The slim neck profile offers furthermore agile playing characteristics up to the highest positions of the Caribbean Rosewood fingerboard. With two single-coil pickups developed for the Rickenbacker 4003S5 and the traditional passive electronics with 3-way switch and separate volume and tone controls, the Bass delivers a broad spectrum of first-class sounds at the amp, which also covers classic tones thanks to the vintage tone circuit. The Rickenbacker 4003S5 Jetglo is also equipped with a Schaller 3D bridge and precise Schaller Deluxe bass tuners.
