The Roland JC-22 30W Jazz Chorus Guitar Amplifier is a scaled-down version of the ever popular JC-40 stereo combo guitar amplifier, known for its clean sound. The famous Dimensional Space Chorus effect is still present, alongside a high quality reverb and a stereo input for plugging in modellers, multi-effects, and stereo stomp boxes. The rear panel of the amp houses these effects loop send and return inputs as well as optional footswitch inputs for the chorus and reverb effects. The headphone jack is also found on the back, and the speakers are muted upon headphones being inserted. The JC-22 also appears in the iconic style of the JC-40.

Roland JC-22 Jazz ChorusI'm blown away by just how great the Roland JC-22 is. As soon as I lifted it out of the box I was impressed by the weight and feel of it. This amp will probably outlast me, it's so well put together! Everything about it shouts quality. I bought this amp for bedroom noodling, but honestly, it could do so much more. The size of it, and the relatively small drivers, produce a suprisingly open and room filling sound. The tone is warmer than I was expecting, given that it's a solid state amp, and the onboard chorus sounds absolutely lush. As for output, I doubt I could turn it up past four, without the neighbours calling the cops on me. It's an absolute gem of an amp. I love it, and I really can't recommend it enough!
I should add that it was packaged really well,and the good folks at dv247 Music Store double boxed it and stuffed the outer box with plenty of packing material, to keep it nice and safe.
