The Roland TD-316 is aimed at drummers looking for a professional feel in a compact but comfortable form. With its extended pads, two crash cymbals and a VH-10 hi-hat on its own stand, the Set offers an authentic playing style. The powerful V31 module delivers the same sound and dynamic range as the V71 flagship, perfect for demanding performances in the studio or at home.
Improved snare and hi-hat technology
The new PD-12P snare is equipped with three piezo sensors and position detection for precise brush playing and realistic rim/center transitions. The VH-10 hi-hat reacts sensitively to all playing techniques and can be mounted on a standard stand (not included) like a real hi-hat. A great advantage for drummers who want to retain the acoustic motion sequence.
Two crash cymbals on the TD316 V-Drum
With two CY-12C-T crash cymbals and a CY-14R-T ride cymbal with bow/edge detection and choke function, the TD-316 offers an extended, realistic-sounding cymbal setup. The revised PD-8H/PD-10H toms feature offset sensors for even dynamics and reduced triggering. In combination with the KD-10 kickpad, the result is a quiet but powerful playing feel, perfect for everyday practising.
Studio-ready and expandable: Roland TD-313 V-Drums
The V31 module impresses with Bluetooth audio, WLAN and USB-C multi-channel audio, making wireless practising, recording and streaming effortless. The integrated Coach system with Melodics access supports practising timing, dynamics and technique. Additional sound packs can be loaded via the Roland Cloud, including the popular DW Drumset Expansions, allowing the sound of Set to be continuously expanded.
