The five-sided bass guitar comes with an elaborate "Kraken Squid" airbrush artwork inspired by a strictly limited edition Darkglass B7K Ultra, and a neck-through construction with extra-long scale length designed for optimal playing and sound characteristics. Active EMG 40DC pickups and Darkglass Tone Capsule electronics perfectly tailored to the Euro 5 Squid deliver a modern and flexible sound spectrum. Indestructible Hardware in the form of an Spector aluminum bridge and precise Gotoh tuners completes the Euro 5 LE Squid E-Bass from Spector.

Under the transparent Black Stain finish with handmade "Kraken Squid" airbrush, the Euro 5 LE Squid Bass shows off the elaborate neck-through construction with three-piece maple neck and paulownia body wings topped with curly maple tops. The extra-long 35" scale length (889 mm) ensures a tight response from the lowest to the highest side, while the pleasantly practical C-profile promises optimal playing characteristics on the 24-fret ebony fingerboard.
Active EMG 40DC humbuckers and Darkglass Custom Tone Capsule electronics promise a multi-faceted sound spectrum with modern character.
Custom Darkglass Preamp and EMG Pickups
With two active EMG 40DC ceramic humbuckers, the Euro 5 Squid bass guitar delivers a crisp sound with modern flexibility, reproducing even the low B string with razor-sharp precision. To customize the sound, Darkglass Custom Tone Capsule active electronics with 3-band EQ are also on board, optimally tuned to the Bass. While the bass and treble controls on the top give direct access to the most important frequency ranges, the midrange spectrum can be precisely adjusted via a trim pot in the E compartment.
Gotoh Lightweight Tuners guarantee an exact and stable tuning of the Spector Squid bass guitar.
