UltraShaper is a new, automatically compensating dynamics processor that gives you full control over your sound. It combines precise transient shaping, transparent clip limiting and targeted EQ sculpting to quickly polish and tame signals to a professional level. With finely adjustable attack and sustain control, you can give drums more punch or make them stick together musically, catch vocal peaks inaudibly and tighten the low end of basses without losing character. The integrated level compensation keeps volume changes reliably under control, while the shaping EQ processing smoothes out harshness, emphasizes details and effortlessly embeds tracks in the Mix. OMNIVOCAL (BETA) is your invitation to the vocal revolution
Experience natural voices that push the boundaries of vocal synthesis. The clean interface and seamless workflow make it easy to instantly create expressive vocal takes from input lyrics and melodies - inspiring every session. Enter lyrics and notes and OMNIVOCAL sings them with natural articulation; from intimate and breathy to present and assertive. Create harmonies, doubles and choruses, adjust timing, dynamics and Vibrato in a few simple steps and bring lines into the tempo, key and groove of your project in no time at all. Ideal for songwriting, demos, hooks, backing vocals and sound design - directly in the familiar Cubase workflow, without any detours. New effect: Pitch Shifter
PitchShifter is a real-time effect for creative or corrective pitch changes: Formant preservation preserves the natural tone of voices and instruments, selectable saturation modes provide subtle warmth or deliberately rougher coloration as required, and decoupling the stereo channels creates broad doublings, lively detunings and moving panorama effects. With an enormous working range of ±24 semitones, the spectrum extends from precise fine-tuning of individual notes to harmonic layers and radical transposition to entire octaves - ideal for vocals, leads, drums and sound design, transparent when you want it to be unobtrusive and full of character when you want it to be.
