Product information - STRYMON Flint Tremolo & Reverb Black Knob Edition

Digital tremolo and reverb effect with extensive sound options in limited Black Knob Edition

The Strymon Flint Tremolo & Reverb Black Knob Edition combines the unbeatable combination of reverb and tremolo effect with the advantages of extensive digital sound processing. The effect combination known from legendary US amplifiers of the sixties is implemented by algorithms based on a powerful SHARC DSP and is composed of separately switchable reverb and tremolo channels. The tremolo section offers three different basic sounds, ranging from the complex and rare '61 Harmonic Tremolo to warm and dirty vintage '63 Power Tube Tremolo sounds and the precise '65 Photocell Tremolo, providing an overview of the classic trem sounds of the sixties. On the other hand, a '60s spring reverb, a seventies plate reverb and a simulation of the Eighties Hall Rack Reverb provide a variety of spatial sound options that ideally complement the selected tremolo effect. For fine-tuning, secondary knob functions offer adjustment of boosts or cuts for both effects, selectable effect order, and a subdivision control when used with an external tap tempo switch.
