The item took one week to arrive as it came from Germany and when I opened the box there was not a UK plug (This was not the fault of DV 247 but the fault of the manufactures so DV 247 sent me an adaptor free of charge and it works great. I will do business with DV 247 again.
Great products from TC Electronic (as usual) and great price/availability from DV247, but poor service. No shipping e-mail sent, so no idea when items were on the way, and TC Electronic 9v power supply was shipped with EU plug only rather than various adapters, so no good for UK use. UK adapter requested from DV247 and promised to be shipped separately, but we will see…
