The Thorens TD 404 DD combines the iconic TD-124-DD drive philosophy with modern technology and elegant design. The powerful direct drive, the TP 160 tonearm with cutter bearing and a highly damped platter deliver precise tracking, extremely smooth running and excellent, low-resonance sound reproduction - made for discerning audiophiles.

Studio-standard comfort and control

The electronic tonearm lift (e-Lift) with auto-stop protects the stylus and vinyl and increases ease of use. The integrated stroboscope with pitch control enables precise fine-tuning of the speed. Height-adjustable, spring-loaded feet provide effective decoupling, while the sandwich frame with 5 mm aluminum top plate guarantees an exceptionally quiet drive.

Gold-plated RCA outputs and balanced XLR connections make the TD 404 DD the ideal centerpiece for high-quality hi-fi setups. A removable cover is included in the scope of delivery.
