With the Signature Series, limited to 100 units, Union Audio is offering a particularly sophisticated version of its audiophile Rotary mixer with tube technology. In collaboration with the well-known mixer designer Andy Rigby-Jones, we have succeeded in further improving this dream of a mixer. Visually, the Signature Series stands out clearly from the standard version in matt black and the hand-polished solid oak side panels thanks to the metallic bronze-coloured front panel with CNC-milled, anodized aluminium bezels and the VU meters and level controls. Technically, this version features the high-precision and heavily damped rotary modules from the flagship ORBIT.6 model, while the refined RIAA input stage ensures authentic and detailed vinyl reproduction. The consistently analog signal path is completed by integrated MUSES01 operational amplifiers and parallel VCA audio paths, which ensure an extended dynamic range and reduced distortion. There are also two new, illuminated analog VU meters for reliable signal monitoring of the stereo sum and blue and white channel displays, which were inspired by the ELARA.6. The elegant overall package is rounded off by the high-quality Mix.R linear power supply unit supplied.
