With the VFR-110, Valeton presents a powerful yet compact FRFR (Full Range Flat Response) active cabinet that is ideal for modern setups with amp modelers or multi-FX devices such as the GP-200. The compact housing, versatile connection options and balanced sound characteristics make the VFR-110 the perfect solution for the stage, studio and rehearsal room. The active 2-way speaker combines a 10" custom woofer with a 1" tweeter and delivers a clear, powerful sound with strong dynamics - providing an authentic response for both clean presets and high-gain patches.
1300 watts of power and switchable EQ options
The peak power output is a whopping 1300 watts, which is provided by a Class D power amplifier and ensures a maximum sound pressure level of up to 124 dB. The crossover frequency is 2.6 kHz and the frequency response covers a wide range from 55 Hz to 20 kHz. Two XLR/TRS combo inputs and an XLR link output are available at the rear - perfect for stereo operation or for expanding a second speaker. The two tone control options BASS (cut at 65 Hz)andCONTOUR(midrange cut at 1 kHz) allow quick adaptation to room, style and setup. Thanks to the lightweight and robust housing (only 10.6 kg) with mountable stand mount, the VFR-110 is not only easy to transport, but can also be used as a versatile loudspeaker or monitor in live or studio situations.
